Description
The main task is the support of our customers, partners and sales staff in technical questions for our products.
Conditions
  • Solution-oriented support via telephone, ticket system or mail
  • Creation and updating of product-specific documentation
  • Creation and processing of service return requests for our products
  • Hardware technical support for our products
Additional Information
  • You have a completed technical education (ideally HTL/technical school/IT apprenticeship)
  • Good Windows knowledge (client and server)
  • Experience of the Apple & Android world beneficial
  • Good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
  • High degree of customer and service orientation
  • Readiness for training, familiarisation
  • electronics skills are beneficial
