Job description

• You lead regional and global product development projects for customized packaging solutions (mainly plastic bottles) from product-design phase to qualification of moulds in production plants.
• You coordinate activities both within our organization and to suppliers and customers – world-renowned consumer good companies and others
• You show solid technical understanding within the project organization.

Requirements

• Completed technical education or equivalent professional experience in the relevant field
• Experience in project management; ideally in serial production industry (e.g. in automotive-, packaging-, consumer-goods-industry or similar)
• You can inspire others and have strong organizational & communication skills
• Solid business English; German and other languages are an advantage
• You enjoy intercultural, cross-regional teamwork including travelling (< 15%)
