Our vector network analyzer Bode 100 is an important tool used in electronic engineering and research in more than 60 countries worldwide. Technical Support and Application Engineer

What´s it all about?

-Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the technical support of our international customers and sales partners -You assist our customers by answering and solving application inquiries with a special focus on our low frequency network analyser Bode 100 -You support us at exhibitions, conferences, customer trainings and webinars -You track and maintain customer requests in our customer database (CRM) -You write application notes, technical articles and contribute to our FAQ

Requirements

What are we looking for?

-You have successfully completed your technical education in electronics or a comparable technical field (e.g. HTL, FH or University) -Working experience in the field of electronics or measurement technology is beneficial -You have an excellent command of English and German, further languages are beneficial -You bring proficiency in PC-applications with you -You have excellent communication capabilities -You are interested in customer interaction on an international level -You have a high interest in troubleshooting and in providing technical application support -You like to work self-organized and interdisciplinary with other teams and to share your knowledge
