Duties and responsibilities:

• DFT Architecture for an automotive chip
• Logic BIST / XLBIST
• Memory BIST / SMS
• ATPG
• Pattern simulation

Anforderungen

• Familiarity with IEEE1500
• JTAG experience
• At-speed testing / OCC insertion and customization
• Synopsys tool flow experience (including TestMAX Manager)
• Experience with Tcl scripting, and UNIX/Linux system
• Good communication skills (English)
