Job description

As an NC Programmer, you are a key interface between design and manufacturing – with the goal of combining precision, efficiency, and innovation.

• You create NC programs and the corresponding documentation for our state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machines on schedule.
• You continuously develop new manufacturing strategies and successfully integrate them into daily operations.
• You adapt existing programs to our automated production processes to ensure maximum process reliability.
• In close collaboration with CNC specialists and department management, you conduct manufacturing trials.
• You actively drive the introduction of new cutting materials to sustainably optimize existing processes.
• As a link between design and manufacturing, you ensure smooth communication and the efficient implementation of technical requirements.

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in metalworking (ideally in toolmaking).
• You have professional experience as a CNC milling operator and have already worked with CAM programming systems (ideally Siemens NX).
• You are a team player!
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• You are proactive and open to new ideas!
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) complete your profile.
