Driven by the idea of preserving the taste of the best fruit and bringing it into the bottle, Franz Josef Rauch founded a small cidering business for local farmers in Rankweil in 1919. But with innovative ideas he was always a sip ahead of his time, even then. Today, the family-owned company with over 3000 employees is the largest private food producer in Austria and with an export share of 66.7% is present in about 100 countries worldwide.
