Job description

• With your work and process-oriented mindset, you contribute step by step to the continuous improvement of our organization
• You strengthen the process management team in further developing our process management approach (e.g. methods toolkit, problem-solving techniques, software support, knowledge transfer)
• You work across departments with various teams and experts, implement process optimizations, and promote knowledge sharing
• As a sparring partner, you support and advise process owners, process coaches, and process teams in their respective areas to further develop holistic optimization capabilities across the organization and to implement process-oriented improvement initiatives
• As an interface between leadership and teams, you contribute to cross-functional solutions and actively shape our continuous improvement process

Requirements

• Completed university degree or equivalent education
• Several years of experience or advanced training in process management
• Passion for business processes, transformation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in group facilitation and understanding of group dynamics
• Strong intuition for interrelationships and people
• High customer orientation, solution focus, team spirit, empathy, and initiative
