Requirements

YOUR TASKS

• Representing the operations manager in the planning and control of traffic operations
• Scheduling and dispatching vehicles and driving personnel
• Ensuring efficient allocation of resources while considering cost-effectiveness and legal requirements
• Conducting quality controls to maintain service and safety standards
• Handling operational and organizational challenges in day-to-day business
• Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and external partners
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, statistics, and evaluations

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in dispatching and traffic planning is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and a structured working style
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Confident handling of IT systems and MS Office
• Completed vocational training

The salary is based on the collective agreement for bus companies and varies depending on qualifications and experience, exceeding the minimum rates set by the agreement.
