Job description

Actively contribute to digital HR projects across the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting to offboarding
Support the analysis, optimization, and automation of HR processes using modern tools
Design and visualize processes for internal and external stakeholders
Independently manage (sub-)projects, including structured documentation
Create target group–specific training materials and content
Collaborate closely with various departments

Requirements

Ongoing studies in business informatics, computer science, or human resources with a strong interest in digitalization
Initial experience in process and technology environments – ideally at the interface between IT and HR
High digital affinity and confident use of MS Office, process management tools, and SAP solutions
Ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships and translate them into structured solutions
Strong communicator with an independent and proactive working style
