To strengthen our team on-site in Koblach, Vorarlberg (Austria) we are looking for a

Process Owner Production (Human*)

Your tasks:

• In your role as process owner production, you will be responsible for safety, quality, deadline keeping, and production costs, while ensuring that production runs smoothly.
• You will be the first point of contact for the production team in their day-to-day work, coordinating and assigning production tasks and lending a hand yourself when necessary.
• In your role, you will work closely with work preparation, production planning, and warehouse logistics and support the implementation of improvement measures.

Requirements

• You have completed technical education.
• You have already gained practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• You enjoy designing and implementing process flows and are happy to take on process responsibility.
• As a practical person, you possess a hands-on mentality and organizational talent.
• Ensuring consistently high product quality is one of your top priorities.
• You are able to support team members individually and according to the situation, and you enjoy using your social skills accordingly
