Description

As a BUSINESS COACH and INTERIM MANAGER I work with - mainly technically oriented - companies and help them to develop new business units, products or markets. Additionally coaching of small and medium sized companies in HR or LEADERSHIP issues is my second core competence. In this position I often work as HR Business Partner for these companies and support them in the recruitment of technical employees and key positions.
