Job description

• Independent management and coordination of national and international construction sites
• Ensuring workplace safety, quality, deadlines, and costs
• Leading, coordinating, and supervising installation and subcontractor team
• Planning, managing, and monitoring all installation activities
• Progress monitoring, construction site reporting, and documentation in Insite-LMS
• Communication with clients, project management, and all project stakeholders
• Management of milestones, outstanding items, and final inspections

 Organization and leadership of construction site and coordination meetings

Requirements

• Technical training in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in plant or mechanical engineering
• Experience in assembly and construction site coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership experience
• Leadership skills, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and confidence in an international project environment
• High level of initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel for assignments at domestic and international construction sites
