Your Role:

  • Working on Verification of Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) products
  • Real-Number model development (SystemVerilog, WREAL, Verilog-AMS) for analog and mixed-signal IPs/blocks and ensuring consistency with schematics
  • Development of analog/mixed-mode testbenches and verification of blocks and subsystems
  • Contribute to verification concepts and specifications for mixed-signal projects
  • Align and track implementation of testbenches and stimuli according to the verification plan
  • Run simulations, analyze results and conduct verification reviews
  • Collaborate with analog and digital teams to ensure correct integration

Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or physics
  • ~4+ years experience in analog/mixed-signal verification or design
  • Strong SystemVerilog and modeling (RNM / Verilog-AMS) skills
  • Experience with AMS simulations and debugging
  • Basic understanding of mixed-signal system integration (DMS/UVM beneficial)
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PERL, TCL, BASH/TCSH beneficial
  • Effective collaboration across Analog, Digital and Verification domains
  • Knowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor technologies
  • Good verbal and written English skills, German is an advantage
