Job description

Executing & leading Development projects with a certain complexity
Details project objectives in alignment with Sales, elaborate a project plan in alignment with the strategic goals and perform cross departmental planning for all functions involved to meet the project targets and requirements
Owns the Business Case and takes budget accountability for all project expenses ensuring cross functional alignment to reach financial contribution targets
Rigorously identifies, tracks and manages any scope changes
Managing risks, resolving problems / issues and managing baseline changes, reporting & escalating to decision makers and stakeholders
Leading cross functional project teams, delegates works and holds them accountable for deliverables
Act as a link between internal & external customer, supplier, partners and departments
Secure and negotiate team resources and provide performance feedback and development needs
Organize and prepare for meetings, workshops, gate reviews, decisions
Monitoring each stage of project implementation to ensure harmonization and best practices in terms of production and testing, cost control, resource efficiency, risk management and health, safety and the environment
Monitoring and controlling project financials

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in product development, ideally in the plastic industry
Mechanical engineering/plastics knowledge is an advantage
Planning and organization, knowledge of project management standards and methods
Preferred PM certification (e.g. IPMA B /IPMA C, PMI PMP, SAFe)
Entrepreneurial Competencies (Customer orientation, power of decision, dealing with complexity)
Leadership (Teamwork, Readiness for Change and Innovation, Results orientation)
Social & Interpersonal Competencies (Building relationships, Conflict Management)
Willingness to travel worldwide
Experience in managing product development which includes Hardware, Software and System domains
Experience in requirements management, knowledge of risk and change management
Good comprehension, strong communication, team player, high degree of independence, open for cooperation in international environment
English skill at both oral and writing
