As an Innovation Analyst & Solution Architect, you will be the go-to partner for non-standard solution requests from innovation, product development, and engineering departments—especially where our standard platforms (Teamcenter, Dynamics 365, PDS) don't offer a perfect fit. You quickly analyze new ideas, develop solution concepts, evaluate tools, and implement proof-of-concepts (ideally in Python) to validate innovative approaches.

Your focus is on enabling new solutions quickly and thoughtfully. You'll collaborate closely with the Product Development Platform Architect to ensure successful POCs can scale into our broader IT landscape when needed. What You'll Do:

• Engage early with Innovation and Product Development teams to capture, challenge, and structure new ideas
• Lead rapid POC cycles (scope → prototype → demo → decision) with a hands-on mindset to validate concepts
• Build lightweight technical prototypes using Python, API integrations, or low-code platforms, UX/UI Tools, ...
• Evaluate tools and technologies for fit, scalability, and integration potential
• Translate business needs into solution concepts, architecture outlines, and decision documents
• Collaborate with the Product Development Platform Architect to align new solutions with our broader systems landscape
• Act as a bridge between business users, engineering, and IT on non-standard solution needs

Anforderungen

• Several years of experience at the intersection of IT, business, and engineering (e.g. solution architecture, innovation tech, IT consulting)
• A track record of turning early-stage ideas into working prototypes or POCs
• Practical experience with Python or similar technologies for automation, data handling, or prototyping
• Understanding of enterprise system landscapes (PLM, ERP); experience with Teamcenter or D365 is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Excellent English skills (German is a plus)
