Your Role:

• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and develop comprehensive plans while assessing risks and feasibility.
• Team Leadership: Guide and manage cross-functional teams, promote collaboration, and effectively resolve conflicts.
• Communication: Provide regular status updates, potential issues and successes to stakeholders and senior management
• Customer Engagement: Focal point for building and strengthening trust in the relationship.
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor and control project costs, allocate resources, and manage vendor contracts.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure contingency planning.
• Timeline Management: Track progress, adjust schedules, and use tools to maintain project timelines.
• Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and conduct reviews.
• Project Closure: Finalize deliverables, conduct evaluations, and formally close the project.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulations, manage documentation, and align projects with company goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices, seek feedback, and stay updated on industry trends and tools.

Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing projects in the semiconductor field through the entire project life cycle (feasibility through SOP). Engineering experience in IC verification and Post-Silicon validation is appreciated.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate across technical and cultural boundaries
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
