Your Role:

  • Working on Verification of Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) products
  • Own system-level / full-chip verification
  • Define and refine verification concepts, architecture and plans
  • Drive model-based verification (RNM, abstraction) and ensure model ↔ schematic consistency
  • Architect and oversee development of testbenches and stimuli generation
  • Drive integration across Analog and Digital domains (mixed-signal / DMS environments)
  • Run simulations, analyze results and lead verification reviews
  • Mentor engineers and review verification work

Anforderungen

  • Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or physics
  • ~8+ years experience in analog/mixed-signal verification
  • Strong SystemVerilog and advanced modeling (RNM / Verilog-AMS) skills
  • Proven experience in system-level verification
  • Ability to translate requirements into verification strategies
  • Experience with mixed-signal system integration (UVM/DMS beneficial)
  • Strong collaboration across multiple domains
  • Knowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor technologies
  • Good verbal and written English skills, German is an advantage
